It's Not Over Until It's Over

Summer is still going strong here in Texas. School may be in session, but that doesn't stop us from keeping Summer alive after hours and on weekends. Last weekend we took the girls and my sister, Bethaney, to Six Flags. The following list just about sums it up:
1. Started at 12:00 home by 9:30.
2.Rode all the rides there except the Rattler, it is a wooden roller coaster and just hurts too bad to ride, and The Gully Washer, they were filling it up with red water for Halloween.
3. About 15 refills of Soda in our refillable water bottle(all that soda just made our dehydration problems worse)
4. Waited in lines for about 1/2 and hour to ride each ride.(this might seem long, but really that is the least amount of time I have had to wait for a ride)
5. Pictures with Pepe Le Pew, Bugs Bunny, and Daffy Duck
LAST, BUT NOT LEAST:
6. Kailey rode every ride that she was tall enough for, which included 2 big roller coasters. Tony Hawks Big Spin and Road Runner Express. For riding them we had to get her 10 scoops of ice cream. When she got her ice cream, she opted for 11 scoops with a promise that she would ride them again next time!

Alyssa keeping herself entertained while waiting for Beth and I to get back from a ride.
The girls and I on a train ride around the park.
They wait, and wait, and wait and wait.......
keep hydrated Beth!

Too cute! You guys look like you had a blast...other than the waiting picture! That's a lot of ice cream, good thing it was after all the rides!
